WHO I AM
Hi, I'm Urvi.
I describe myself as a strategist with heart and hustle. That's not a catchphrase. It's a way of operating.
People I’ve worked with describe me as someone who brings order to chaos.
THE BACKSTORY
I grew up in an army family, moving between cities, making friends everywhere. Service was a deeply ingrained family value. It was part of our everyday.

As a family, we believed in the transformative impact individuals can make within their communities - through small, persistent acts of kindness.
I care - genuinely, passionately, sometimes obsessively -
about the community and the organisations I work with.
I spent over a decade in the corporate world - Citibank, Walt Disney and WPP - forging relationships, managing stakeholders and building communications and media strategies for global brands. I aced it - awards, recognitions and all the markers of a career well built.
But something felt incomplete.
