Urvi Jain
Founder Director

Urvi is an experienced social media professional.. She is a creative individual who uses entrepreneurial approach and her outstanding people skills to manage various stakeholders in a business to execute complex projects and achieve effective results.

She has worked with top brands like Citibank, Walt Disney and Group M and also has experience working with start-ups including starting her own firm, Genius Ants.

Being at the forefront of the social media industry, Urvi has developed social media strategies to solve various business problems for her clients such as Viacom, Mc Donalds, Lakme, Starhub, KFC, Pizza Hut, Nescafé and Legoland. She has managed annual social media marketing budgets, created engaging content and designed and launched social media campaigns.

Urvi has delivered award winning campaigns for Starhub, reduced the cost of acquisition for Mc Donalds and Viacom, and preserved the brand equity for Pizza Hut during a social media crisis. She has also built partnerships with agencies, publishers and social media platforms. 

Her extensive understanding of the social media business earned her a seat on the marketing board of Make A Wish Foundation as an advisory member. Urvi is also an active volunteer with Friends of the Museums, Singapore.

She has done her MBA from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, India and holds an undergraduate degree from Delhi University.

Neha Jain
Content Strategist

Neha graduated with distinction in Psychology, following which she got her Masters degree in Social Work, from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai. Having been awarded the prestigious British Chevening scholarship, Neha moved to the United Kingdom, where she pursued Masters in International Human Rights Law. Neha is a New York State Licensed Social Worker. She has also been trained as a Certified Rape Crisis Counselor by the New York Department of Health.

Neha has extremely diverse work experience. While in India, she worked on issues of Prisoners Rights and Correctional Administration, at the National Human Rights Commission and the Commonwealth Human Rights Initiative.

After her move to New York in the year 2001, Neha worked closely with survivors of the WTC terrorist attacks. She has extensive  experience working on issues of domestic violence, sexual assault and child abuse. Prior to joining Genius Ants, Neha worked for several years with the Department of Family and Children's Services as a Social Worker for the County of Santa Clara.

Neha is the lead Content Manager at Genius Ants. She is responsible for creating, curating and editing content for all social media and public relations activities of Genius Ants’ clients. She applies her extensive experience and knowledge of social causes to make the content resonate deeply with the target audiences.
